消耗五百食翻一千※香港行山記: 赤洲 Port Island

注意：

(1) 前往途中經常會遇上大浪，建議有暈船浪人仕，應在出發前食暈浪丸避免暈浪，或索性不參加；

(2) 島上沒有補給，請自備乾糧、水；

(3) 赤洲沒有公廁，請帶備縮骨遮以防一時之需；

(4) 帶手套、行山棍；

(5) 赤洲多有刺植物，請考慮穿長褲；

(6) 赤洲曾有英軍駐守，於流水坑氹仍留有廢棄設施，注意安全；

(7) 當局曾以石牛洲燕鷗數目過多為由，於赤洲建造人工鳥巢，並立了十數尊燕鷗像以吸引燕鷗前往。島上或有燕鷗棲息，請勿接近及打擾牠們；

(8) 如有興趣，可帶備工具或水樽，抓獲新鮮紫菜。

起點交通

(1) 巴士96R，黃石碼頭落車。車程約1小時，記得要坐位；

(2) 黃石碼頭，出發前一日電話預約洗頭艇去赤洲。來回每人大約$100，最少10人，最多15人。（張師父：9444 2038）

終點交通

黃石碼頭，巴士96R，前往市區。

食野：

(1) 最好帶少量乾糧

(2) 坐巴士返回彩虹站坪石邨後，可去飲茶

Attention:

(1) On the way may face big wave, if you are seasickness, you should take Relief and prevention of travel sickness pill, or NOT join;

(2) No supplies on Port Island, please bring dry food and water;

(3) No toliet, please bring foldable umbrella;

(4) Bring gloves and stick;

(5) Port Island have sting plant, suggest wear long pants;

(6) Port Island was station British Army, be attention to abandon facility;

(7) Port Island have artificial bird's nest for tern, be careful do not distory;

(8) If you are interest, please bring empty bottle, for collect fresh seaweed.

Starting point public transport：

(1) Bus Route 96R, drop off at Wong Shek Pier. Around 1 hour, take a seat for your comfort.

(2) Change for speed boat there, need to reserve booking, around $100, minimum for 10 people, maximum 15 people. Please call to Mr. Cheung, Boat Master, one day before of your journey, phone: 9444 2038.

End point public transport：

Bus Route 96R, go to urban, get off at Choi Hung Station.

Eat

(1) Bring little dry food;

(2) When take bus route 96R go back to City, get off at Choi Hung Station, go to Ping Shek Estate for yum cha.
